Has been used by both presenters, usually in conjunction with Dead Amaze, to try and replicate youth speech for a film (or other life experience) that was deemed emotionally moving.

If the emotional things are happening in a random order, it is probably an emotional collage.

Another such youth related speech pattern is the upward inflection on the phrase "and I'm not even joking?".
