The Culture Show

Arts programme that was presented by Mark Kermode and Lauren Laverne until its axing by the BBC in 2016. The programme was broadcast a day before Wittertainment and so listeners would feed in their thoughts on what Mark had been up to on The Culture Show into the radio chat. These discussions have included:

• Forcing an apology after Mark talked with Bill Forsyth all the way through a screening of Local Hero
• Werner Herzog getting shot
• Saying happy birthday to Nick Park
• How hot Mark looked, and whether the listener who described him that way meant "sexy" or "warm"
