The Bath Job

The Bank Job - a Jason Statham movie with Saffron Burrows about the Walkie Talkie robberies and some Right Royal photos of some Right Royal family members doing Right Royal mischief, gor blimey.

The film led to a great musing on the word "naff."

There are no actual baths involved in the film. It's alternative title came as a result of a misprint read out by Simon Mayo while mentioning the film in the Sport Relief Top 10.

Despite being basically terrible, the film was Movie of the Week - but given that this was the Worst. Week. Ever, that was hardly a major achievement. Indeed, Mark Kermode urged the film's marketers "please don't put that on the poster, because it's only because it's such a vile week."
