Odd little film

Mark uses the phrase 'it's an odd little film' to describe quirky, small films that are not without flaws (see Litotes). An example of this is the 2016 Philip Roth adaptation Indignation. There are many others.

An Odd Little Film cannot be Movie of the Week, but may be reappraised and become a DVD of the week. (Citation needed)
