McG (Joseph McGinty Nichol) is an American film director and producer whose body of work includes such "classics" as Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle ("at the end of the movie, I really did want to fully throttle someone" - Nigel Floyd) and Terminator Saladnation, a film that its star Christian Bale clearly knew was terrible even while it was being made. Mark Kermode has deemed McG the director of "empty movies".
