Viz

Viz comic is a favourite of Dr K, and he has referenced various characters from it when comparing them to various acting parts in films.

Some of the Viz characters he has used in reviews are:

• Johnny Fartpants, together with his European cousins, Hans Honkyhosen and Pierre Pumpytrousers.
• Roger Mellie, the Man on the Telly, specifically "After a few 'sharpeners', wouldn't we all turn into Roger Mellie, the Man on the Telly?"

Viz in fact once included a strip called The Adventures Of Simon Salad Cream.
