Paris Hilton vehicle in which Paris the eponymous Hottie and a woman whose arrival is greeted by the sound of braying horses is the Nottie - until she has plastic surgery, which makes everything in her life wonderful.

Effectively, as Mark Kermode put it, the film's message is "beauty is only skin deep - but you know what, we can cut that skin up." All the cast look like members of the Third Reich.

The movie failed to trouble absolutely any cinema audiences at all. It opened in one cinema with the lowest single taking in its history - seen by an average of eight people. For Mark, it was the moment that culture went, "no more."

In the Wittertainment review of 2008, Mark ultimately declared it the worst film of the entire year.
