Pre-punk group that Mark likes very much. Came up as collateral in the Comsat Angels v Joy Division row.

Also came up on the Culture Show when Mark argued with Germaine Greer about Eminem. Greer said "if you knew anything about rock and roll we wouldn't be arguing about Eminem, we'd be arguing about The Fugs." Mark replied saying "before or after Tuli Kupferberg?" After that they became very good friends.
