Despite F1 being a sport and therefore something about which Mark Kermode knows nothing (apart from the fact that Jenson Button didn't understand the ending of Shrek

2), the Good Doctor nevertheless thought it one of the very best films of 2011.

Indeed, the fact that it did not even make the shortlist for Best Documentary at that year's Oscars is generally considered one of the greatest oversights in the history of the awards, right up there with Dame Judi Dench missing out for Her Majesty Mrs Brown and Driving Miss Daisy being named Best Film ahead of anything and everything else released at all that year.
