Worn by Robin when he needs to be the Oompahvater. He pushed it down on the head of Simon during the Trumplesome inauguration, when Simon had turned up to work wearing a West Wing t-shirt. Simon was instructed to wear a jumper for the duration of the show while the webcam was on.
