Is nothing to do with the BBC

When a Wittertainee takes it upon themselves to produce something that the Good Doctors may have mentioned in passing, such as the possibility of a Wittr app existing, they have to, on behalf of the BBC, distance themselves from it. It is at this point that you may hear this phrase uttered repeatedly.

A good example of this is from the podcast on 25th march 2016, when this phrase (or variations of) was repeated 11 times throughout the duration of the show.
