Cornelius Lysaght

5 Live's racing correspondent and host of racing from Chilcot. Like Pat Murphy, when Lysaght's coverage was inserted into the Film Review Show he liked to chip in with his own thoughts about films under discussion. He disagreed with Mark Kermode about Notes On A Scandal, which Lysaght thought was compelling but Mark thoughts was incredibly boring, saying "her starting price was very low for that film" - although both of them liked Last King Of Scotland.

Cornelius later commentated on a race ahead of his trip to see The Visitor. Simon Mayo offered him the chance to see Sex And The City instead, but - demonstrating an impressive knowledge of contemporary Wittertainment memes - Cornelius replied, "I would be one of the most stupid people not to have enjoyed it."
