When an actor of stature takes on a smaller, supporting or cameo role in a film, they may ask to have the word "And" (or even "With", if there are several stars in smaller roles) before their name on the poster and credits. This special billing lends a certain level of prestige, while maintaining the priority given to the leading actors.
