British political-based comedy satire that once had an episode based around [5 Live](5_Live) and so inevitably featured the [Good Doctors](Good_Doctors), though in separate bits. [Simon Mayo](Simon_Mayo) got a name-check early on, with a remark about his general friendliness whilst interviewing. [Mark Kermode](Mark_Kermode) later popped up on a TV being watched by Ollie Reeder, who commented that "God Kermode, your hands are _massive_." Thus was born the [Flappy Hands](Flappy_Hands), although The Thick Of It creator [Armando Iannucci](Armando_Iannucci) would later apologise to Mark at the BAFTAs and somewhat shamefacedly admit that the joke was the best the writers could come up with.
