# Sword Of The Rings

Officially King Arthur: The Legend Of The Sword, but rechristened Sword Of The Rings by Simon The Producer. Between them, [Mark](Mark_Kermode) and [Simon](Simon_Mayo) also came up with King Arthur Daley, He's Alright. KATLOTS was also suggested, but is far less funny than the other two.

Directed by [Sir Guy Ritchie](Sir_Guy_Ritchie) and starring [Charlie Humdrum](Charlie_Humdrum), Jude Law and David Beckham, together with a cameo from Sir Guy himself. The review included a Kermodian impression of Beckham's entire part in the film.

Simon pointed out that the plot of having everything die because the band uncle has taken over had been ripped off of [The Lion King](The_Lion_King).

Mark felt it was a cranked-up version of The Football Factory, with the "general spectacular whiffle" being "headbangingly dull."
