[Mark Kermode](Mark_Kermode)'s uncharitable views on [computer games](Computer_game) ("computer games are rubbish, and movies based on computer games are doubly rubbish") are well known, but given both he and [Simon](Simon_Mayo) were subjected to the abysmal Pokemon movie in the late 1990s, they are perhaps understandable. Indeed, on multiple occasions Simon has declared this the film he hates the most. For reasons unknown, Simon saw it sat next to Phill Jupitus, who fell asleep instantly.
