The quiff is a hairstyle that combines two 1950s hairstyles, the pompadour and the flattop. Mark Kermode, along with the singer Chris Isaak, maintains perhaps the most famous modern iteration of this style. In order to keep the quiff in perfect shape and condition, Dr K recommends the use of Red Dax and Sweet Georgia Brown waxes.

Mark Kermode's quiff is brought to you courtesy of Blackdog Barbers, Falmouth. Blackdog, for maximum quiffage. (It has previously been attended to by David Blair, whose name follows the [hairdresser rule](Hairdresser_rule)).

Mark has confirmed that he doesn't wash he hair, he just "takes it in for an oil change". [ Boom, and indeed, tish](Boom_Tish).
